We have been supplying farm programs to farms across the UK since 1998. The programs are all 'Point and Click' allowing farmers to record and report in the simplest manner possible avoiding time consuming typing. An example of this would be recording the birth of a calf.
Everything starts from Farm control, just click on 'Record' then on 'Births of Cattle'. Here the next eartag is already completed as is the management number. Add the DOB then just choose whether or not the animal is male or female and then choose the breed from drop down menus and the cow and bull from their menus. Now click on the save and notify button to send to the authorities. Within a minute you will have your confirmation and your new passport will be on its way.
So simple point and click is king. The only typing involved in that process is the date of birth.
Since 1998 the farm programs have evolved due to changes in rules and regulations, due to changes in technology and most importantly due to you, the farmer suggestion changes. In other words we listen carefully to our customers and react accordingly.

Can I use the Farm Programs anywhere in the UK?
Yes you can. There are separate versions for Scotland, England & Wales reporting movements to BCMS (CTS) at a later stage to be LIS and Scotland reporting movements to ScotEID.
Can I scan Passports in to the program?
Yes, passports can be scanned into the program using the longer barcode on the passport for animals purchased and the shorter barcode if it is a search using just eartags.
If I use your Cattle Program, can I get all the history of the animals loaded too?
Yes. We can download the history of your animals from the recording authority. In Scotland that would be ScotEID, which hold all historical movements on and off your farm.
I have a lot of questions can I speak to somebody?

The broadband on my farm is not too good, do I need to be online for the program to work?
No, The program is on your computer and so you do not need to be online except when reporting movements to the authorities.
Do you have farms in my area using your program?
Probably, We have farms using Farm Solutions Livestock Programs in the Northern Isles, The Western Isles and from the north of Scotland through the UK to Cornwall.
What size of Farm is the program designed for?
We have farms of just a few cattle and a flock of sheep to farms with many thousands of cattle. The average is probably around 250 cattle.
What type of farm is the software for?
The Farm Solutions Livestock Management Software is suitable for: Beef, Dairy, Beef and Dairy, as well as sheep. It is also used by Livestock Traders (Finishing or Store Cattle).
