Farm Solutions, Contacting Us
The Farm Program has a direct email interface within it, allowing farms to contact us without having to leave the program. This suites farms that may be recording or searching for information late at night or very early in the morning (that is, outside our hours of 0800 to 2000 7 days a week).
In practice this means that a question can be asked in late evening and an answer will be received first thing the following morning.
Ordinary emails can be sent too and are normally answered immediately if during our 12 hours of opening any day of the week. Alternatively you can phone us and we will either answer the phone immediately (most of the time) or at busy times we will get back to you as soon as possible usually within an hour.
It should be noted that our response will always be by the method you contact us. If you phone, we phone back, if you email we email back ...etc.
